PERRYSBURG TOWNSHIP, Ohio – Area residents preparing to take the national ACT test are encouraged to bring a pencil, paper and a calculator to Owens Community College as the academic institution offers a program titled “Building Confidence with ACT Prep” in March and April. The non-conference invitational will take place at the Barefoot Resort and Golf in Myrtle Beach, S.C. Polenta is a product made form ground cornmeal. You can find it dry, or pre-made in a tube in the refrigerated section, usually by the yogurt and hash browns.
Ingredients:
1 Tube of organic polenta
Olive oil
Salt, pepper
Any other seasoning, like old bay
Directions:
1. Open a tube of polenta and slice it length-wise into french fry shapes.
2. Put the polenta fries in a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any other seasoning you would like.
